1. Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@nowinvest.click with your order number and reason for return. Items returned must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

• Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

• Gift cards.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

5. Exchanges
